At LEWKIN, we want you to love your new outfit, but if something isn't quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the provided packing slip to ensure faster processing at our warehouse.

Ship It Back

Download and print your pre-paid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit within 5-7 business days.
